Basketball Journey:

Through basketball I earned a free college education, formed lifelong friendships and mentorships, and developed values through character building experiences that continue to shape me today. My journey took me from twenty-one in the backyard and childhood AAU basketball to playing for the Manasquan Lady Warriors, then Wagner College, and finally the Assumption University Greyhounds.

Creative Journey:

I was naturally drawn to creativity at a young age. Whether it was drawing, painting, design, photography, or collaging, art became more prominent in my life when I began selling pieces in high school. At first, I just wanted to make a little income to spend time with friends and save for an annual trip to visit my sister in California. The demand grew quickly and led to launching a small business. Over the years, I’ve shared my work through an Etsy shop, social media virtual sales, commission requests, and in person vendor events. Today I have a wide range of creative projects going on, from company intranet graphics and committee social media visuals, to clothing designs, flyers, business cards and home décor commissions.

Company Vision:

Now we are here:) I launched ‘Addie Soul Studio’ in May 2024 with a vision that goes beyond artwork. My small business is a reflection of who I am, blending creativity, lessons from basketball and life, plenty of trial & error along the way, moments of growth, sacrifice and a positive spirit into something that inspires growth, development, resilience and joy. At its core, it’s about sharing what I learn along the way and proving that with focus, and a positive vision, anything is possible.
